工程师 George Wall，John Kathe和George Gille 三人与企业家兼投资者 Leaton Lrwin和他的儿子 Mac一起于1920年7月20日创立沃尔泵浦和压缩机公司。1924年12月24日，更名为昆西压缩机公司.
